The Unified Theory

Idle minds are the source of most problems. Many humans are basically lazy.

With all their idle time, they:

find reasons to blame others (prejudice and loyalties) for their failure (which mostly results from from laziness)
create artificial needs to fill the voids
campaign to protect their future from immediate dangers and the inevitable
find ways to get all this without having to work

Most all problems stem from these fundamental issues. So, get a job, any job (and there is always some job), work hard at it, and very quickly you will have fewer problems and cause others fewer problems. In a word: grit.
